To make hotel reservations:
Call the Shangri-La Hotel directly and tell them you are with the OACEP Conference to ensure that you receive the OACEP rates. Employees of state agencies and Oklahoma schools can receive the state rate of $93.00 with ID. If you don't have a state agency or Oklahoma school ID, we have negotiated a special rate of $119.00 plus tax for Wed and Thursday nights.
The hotel number for reservations is : 918-257-4204.
The deadline for OACEP's block of rooms is Oct. 17, 2018.
Using a PO for your room/s?
1. Fax P.O. to the Reservations Department at 480-247-4893 a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival at hotel.
2. On the P.O. include the following:
• Contact and phone number.
• Name of each individual with a hotel reservation being paid by the P.O.
• Full dollar amount plus the applicable taxes.
• Correct billing address and contact.
• P.O. must be signed.
3. If the P.O. is not received per the requirements noted above, the individual guest will be responsible to pay for all charges and provide a credit card at check-in.
Companion registration fee is $80 (meals and Thursday night activity only)
If you have a guest or family member that is not attending the conference but would like to have a meal ticket, register them as a companion on a separate registration form.
